About Me

I’m Karen, have recently celebrated the big 30 and live in Brighton but originally from Birmingham via Burnley (it appears I only live in places beginning with B!). I love tea, crisps, stationery and of course my trusty kitty cat.

This blog is about everything in my life, from living with fibromyalgia, ME/CFS and anxiety, to trips out, my love of flowers and plants, and of course – my cat! Previously I tried blogging my way back to health, starting with yoga, meditation and a gluten free study. It didn’t quite go according to plan, so now I take each day as it comes and try to get the most out of life.

A part time manager by day, student on medical leave by night, you’ll often find me snoozing with my kitty cat, and possibly the hamster, an empty pack of crisps and a half drunk brew. I’m a keen amateur photographer and hope to start posting more of my snaps on here in 2017.

I love hearing from you all so do get in touch to tell me about just about anything, it makes my day!

  4. It’s lovely to find another fellow Brit in the Fibro family, I love stationary too which has, in turn, morphed into a massive craft stash as well, it all started with some nice pens and notebooks…..
